Quotes are text-only blocks used for highlighting a quote from someone usually important to the story or a short sentence to grab the reader’s attention. Bear in mind that each media has a style guide that sets rules of quoting. However, a general rule of thumb is, if the quote is from a person or publication, include the author’s name and title. |

Lists is a text-only block allowing journalists to present complex text in a scannable way by adding bulleted and/or numberedlists to their content. Bulleted lists are normally used to present related things that don’t need to appear in a particular order. Numbered lists are most often used to present sequential items like procedures, or prioritized items such as “Top 10” lists. |
